50H ROCKET® L1 Training Course in English with AMBRA VALLO

Learn about the principles of the Rocket routine, a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The perfect marriage of tempo and sequence, these advanced routines are appropriate for all levels of students. With plenty of ways to modify the classical poses, the benefits of the poses are transmitted equally to renew vitality and energy.

This vibrant routine is called the “Rocket” because, “it gets you there faster.” The Rocket is designed to wake up the nervous system and feed it the precious prana it craves while promoting a spirit of change and freedom in the practice.

The Rocket sequence design by Larry Schultz are a new perspectives of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa series. Ahstanga vinyasa have six sequence (primary, Intermediate and Advance series A, B, C and D) according to the tradition each posture will be teach when the student reach certain level of flexibility and strength to be able to get into the full version of the asana.

Larry rearranges the traditional sequence and developed three different routines call as Rocket I, II and III. Each of this dynamics routines will work in different parts of the body, opening the main joints and nadi channels, allowing the energy to flow freely helping you in remove any blockage. This deep cleansing process will bring your awareness to a higher state and also will make your body flexible and stronger.

Rocket I: This routine is design mainly to work on your lower body making your foundation Stronger. Also, will help you to develop more core strength useful to keep your back healthy. This sequence is similar to the traditional Primary Series, however the order of the asanas differ from the traditional version, this arrangement will rise up your energy creating lot of vitality

Rocket II: This sequence is focus mainly on arm balancing, back bending and hip opening. Lot of ingredients from Intermediate series of Traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa is practicing here. The idea of the sequence is introduce those postures from Intermediate series who can help you to open more your back and hips to allow the pranic energy to follow as free as possible, helping you to keep your body healthy.

Rocket III: This routine call by Larry as Happy Hours or BBQ Rocket, is just a mix of Rocket I and II, combine a lot of fun, upside down and challenging postures. This series will work on your physical and metal body in many different ways, allowing you to recognize your limits, but also the potential of your practice promoting on you higher levels of stamina and focus. Rocket three is an incredible ride, full of self-awareness.

All our sequence can be modified according to every students needs. The main Idea of our practice is bring more awareness to your body and rise up your consciousness. We are also always open and ready to offer modifications, building the practice step by step, allowing the body to open gently and promoting a gradual transformation instead of force your body to get into a particular asana.

Ecco perché abbiamo deciso di svolgere il teacher training Hatha Raja Vinyasa Krama in modalità ibrida (in presenza e online) e di concentrare le lezioni in presenza nei fine settimana: saranno 6 weekend intensi, che ti arricchiranno sotto tutti i punti di vista.  Dal 28 agosto all’8 settembre si svolgerà l’ultima parte del teacher training, una full immersion di 12 giorni intensivi con svolgimento degli esami finali.

YogaEssential organizza e ospita a Milano il teacher training italiano di Hatha Raja Yoga 250H certificato da Yoga Alliance Italia International, Leading Teacher Ambra Vallo. 

Il corso è rivolto a allievi che desiderano approfondire la conoscenza dello yoga dopo aver effettuato un percorso di pratica intensa, workshop e ritiri che li hanno portati a voler compiere un ulteriore passo avanti, ampliando il sapere legato a questa meravigliosa disciplina. 

Il percorso formativo attinge all’insegnamento proveniente da più lignaggi e si pone l’obiettivo di portare il praticante a una conoscenza approfondita di tutti gli aspetti dello Yoga.

Lo scopo è quello di formare insegnanti qualificati, preparati a tenere lezioni di yoga multilivello e capaci di adattarle alle esigenze di ciascun praticante in sala. 

Il corso avrà una durata di 7 mesi a partire da Gennaio 2024 e si concluderà nel mese di Luglio e sarà tenuto in lingua italiana. 

Gli incontri si terranno un week-end al mese più un intensivo di 11 giorni a Luglio che avrà luogo sempre a Milano. 

La certificazione Yoga Alliance/CSEN CONI, consente di insegnare in Italia e nella maggior parte dei paesi del mondo.

REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE

Il requisito minimo di partecipazione sono due anni continuativi di pratica.

Asana: esecuzione di Saluto al sole tradizionale, Saluto al sole Ashtanga Yoga A e B. Asana in piedi della prima serie della sequenza di Ashtanga yoga.

Non è richiesto praticare posture avanzate né conoscere il Sanscrito.

Partecipazione ad almeno 30 lezioni di yoga (workshop e Masterclass) presso YogaEssential a titolo di preparazione al corso prima o durante l’inizio dello stesso.

COSA CI ASPETTIAMO DAL CANDIDATO

I partecipanti al corso devono considerare lo Yoga come uno stile di vita. Per approfondire questo aspetto sarà necessario sostenere un colloquio telefonico precedente al corso di formazione con Ambra Vallo o persona da lei incaricata, al fine di valutare la candidatura al corso.

Firmare il codice di condotta al momento dell'iscrizione al corso.

Svolgere tutti i compiti e la pratica didattica prima e durante il corso.

Il pagamento del corso non garantisce l’automatico conseguimento del certificato. Il candidato dovrà completare gli studi e superare gli esami secondo lo standard minimo richiesto.

La partecipazione ai corsi non porterà necessariamente alla certificazione e qualifica senza superare i criteri di valutazione concordati con l’ente di certificazione.

Sarà nostra cura supportare gli studenti affinché tutti possono conseguire il diploma finale. Sarà infatti permesso di presentare nuovamente una sola volta gli esami non superati sostenendo un costo aggiuntivo. Al candidato sarà permesso di perdere un totale massimo di 3 giorni di formazione sostenendo il recupero delle ore perse sostenendo un costo aggiuntivo.

Dopo che il candidato avrà dimostrato di aver soddisfatto pienamente i suddetti criteri di valutazione, verrà rilasciato un certificato. Per chi ha frequentato il corso ma non soddisfa i suddetti criteri potrà ottenere un attestato di partecipazione al corso di 250 ore.

Una volta diplomato il neo insegnante potrà registrarsi nel nostro database di insegnanti accreditati e potrà essere inserito nel registro di Yoga Alliance Italia International.

Larry Shultz  developed Rocket Yoga in order to make the more challenging poses of the Ashtanga Series’ accessible to all levels. The Rocket Yoga encourages a fun, playful, yet strong and invigorating yoga practice. Rocket Yoga is designed to get you to a place of strength, flexibility and stamina.

This 50 hour Teacher Training course will give existing teachers the qualification require to teach Rocket Yoga. As well as giving you 3 stable sequences Rocket 1, Rocket 2 and Rocket 3. For students who would just like to deepen their practice and are not existing teachers please get in touch as you can still take part and grow your knowledge without receiving the qualification.

The idea of the sequence is introduce those postures from Intermediate series who can help you to open more your back and hips to allow the pranic energy to follow as free as possible, helping you to keep your body healthy.

 

Rocket III:

 

This routine call by Larry as Happy Hours or BBQ Rocket, is just a mix of Rocket I and II, combine a lot of fun, upside down and challenging postures. This series will work on your physical and metal body in many different ways, allowing you to recognize your limits, but also the potential of your practice promoting on you higher levels of stamina and focus. Rocket three is an incredible ride, full of self-awareness.

 

All our sequence can be modified according to every students needs. The main Idea of our practice is bring more awareness to your body and rise up your consciousness. We are also always open and ready to offer modifications, building the practice step by step, allowing the body to open gently and promoting a gradual transformation instead of force your body to get into a particular asana.

  6. Incorporating Inversions like Handstand and Forearm stand into your regular practice.

  7. Strength Training Dills to bring perfection and ease to seated vinyasa jump throughs and jump backs.
